If you are a member and make approved purchases for the club like cases of water, batteries, etc., please fill out the reimbursement form below, and turn it in along with the receipt.
If you'd like, you can save receipts over several months and then turn them in all at once. You will then receive a reimbursement.
By following this procedure, it allows us to better understand the true costs of running our club -- rather than having individuals purchase an item and then turn it into a donation by not seeking reimbursement. And it allows you, if you want, to easily turn around and donate that money back to the club with a clearer paper trail for tax purposes showing that it was truly a donation, if that's your intention.
