Vendor Info

  • Vendor booths have been allocated a 12'x12' footprint. Please note that vendor tents must not exceed 10'x10' and should be weighted for public safety.

  • Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Seattle Flying Dragon Boat Club and Catalyst Presents, LLC as additional insured and certificate holders no later than May 30, 2025.

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing all materials needed for their own success including tent, tables, chairs, etc. Unfortunately, power and water are not available in the park.

Registration Deadline is May 1st, and limited to just 15 vendors total!
