There is no practice at South Lake Union on Saturday, September 28th due to the Sound Rowers Sausage Pull ​. Practice will be at our Kenmore location only.  

All guests get three free practices before membership is required. All the equipment you need is provided

While we love having guests join us, we do NOT take walk-ups. All guests must RSVP via email at least 24 hours before the intended practice. Email [email protected]. Try it out 3 times completely free, then consider becoming a regular member.
