Important Deadlines and Updates
May 27th
- If you have signed up to volunteer for the festival, final assignments will be sent via email.
- Volunteer Sign-ups are currently closed. Thank you to all who have signed up to help!

May 30th
- Team rosters and waivers are due. See our roster requirements page for a description of race divisions, heats, and paddler requirements.
- All participants (including paddlers, drummers, captains, steerspersons, and volunteers) must complete an individual digital waiver. Individuals with multiple roles (ie. paddling for more than one team or division, paddling and volunteering) only need to complete the waiver once.

June 1st
- Race grid released

June 8th - Race Day!
- 7:45 am: Captains and Steersperson Meeting
- 8:00 am: Opening Ceremony
- 8:15 am: Marshaling Begins
- 8:30 am: Racing Begins
- 11:00 am*: all Cancer Survivors' race and ceremony. No marshaling or racing will occur during this ceremony.
- 12:30 pm*: Final race for community/corporate division
- 4:00 pm*: Final Race
