Practice Schedule
We meet in the parking lot of the Kenmore Air Terminal at the south end of Lake Union:  950 Westlake Avenue N. (For practices in Kenmore, please see details on "Paddling in Kenmore".)
Monday Evening
      6:00pm - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot & warm up 
      6:30     - Pull away from the dock
      7:30     - Return to dock
Wednesday Evening
      6:00pm - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot & warm up 
      6:30     - Pull away from the dock
      7:30     - Return to dock
Thursday Evening CARDIO practice - Experienced Paddlers Only
      6:00pm - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot & warm up 
      6:30     - Pull away from the dock
      7:30     - Return to dock
Saturday Morning (1.5 hour paddle)
      8:00am - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot & warm up 
      8:30     - Pull away from the dock
     10:00     - Return to dock
