Paddling in Seattle
Free Practices
The first three practices are free for people 12 and older (12-17 requires permission). After the first three practices, the SFDBC annual dues are $100. If you wish to attend you MUST RSVP via email- [email protected] at least 24 hours before the scheduled practice. We do not take walk-ups.
Practice Schedule
We meet in the parking lot of the Kenmore Air Terminal at the south end of Lake Union: 950 Westlake Avenue N. (For practices in Kenmore, please see details on "Paddling in Kenmore".)
Monday Evening - Racing practice, be prepared to sweat!
6:00pm - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot & warm-up
6:30 - Pull away from the dock
7:30 - Return to dock
Wednesday Evening
6:00pm - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot & warm-up
6:30 - Pull away from the dock
7:30 - Return to dock
Thursday Evening CARDIO practice - Experienced Paddlers Only
6:00pm - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot & warm-up
6:30 - Pull away from the dock
7:30 - Return to dock
Saturday Morning (1.5 hour paddle)
8:00am - Meet at Kenmore Air parking lot & warm-up
8:30 - Pull away from the dock
10:00 - Return to dock
